Spaghetti Nests

Transform your typical spaghetti night with fun and delicious Spaghetti Nests baked to a crispy perfection. Each nest is topped with rich marinara sauce and melted cheese for a dish that is both engaging and delectable, sure to be a hit at the dinner table.

Ingredients

8 oz spaghetti
1 tbsp olive oil
2 cups marinara sauce
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking spray

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly spray a muffin tin with cooking spray.
2. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and toss with olive oil to prevent sticking.
3. Using a fork, twirl portions of spaghetti into nests and place each nest into a muffin tin cup.
4. Spoon marinara sauce over each nest and then sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
6. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.

Storage

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Reheating

Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes or until heated through, or microwave on high for 1-2 minutes.
