Savory Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained
Tortilla chips or toasted bread, for serving

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth.
3. Add the Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, minced garlic, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and red pepper flakes to the mixture. Stir until well combined.
4. Gently fold in the chopped artichoke hearts and thawed spinach until evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
7. Allow to cool slightly before serving with tortilla chips or toasted bread.

Storage

Store any leftover dip in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Reheating

Reheat the dip in a microwave-safe dish in the microwave on medium power for 1-2 minutes or in an oven preheated to 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes until heated through.
