Ingredients
1 lb pizza dough
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
4 oz goat cheese, crumbled
1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
1/4 cup fresh oregano leaves
1/4 cup fresh parsley leaves
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C).
2. Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface to your preferred thickness.
3. Brush the dough with olive oil and sprinkle minced garlic evenly over the surface.
4. Arrange cherry tomato halves on the crust.
5. Scatter crumbled goat cheese evenly over the tomatoes.
6. Sprinkle fresh basil, oregano, and parsley leaves across the pizza.
7. Season with sea salt and black pepper.
8. Finish with a sprinkle of grated parmesan cheese.
9. Bake on the lower rack for 10-12 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
10. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before slicing.
