Oven-Roasted Cod

Ingredients

1.5 lbs fresh cod fillets
2 tbsp olive oil
1 lemon, thinly sliced
1 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Place cod fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
3. Drizzle olive oil over the fillets and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
4. Top with lemon slices and minced garlic.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
