Maple Walnut Marshmallow Fudge

Ingredients

1 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup unsalted butter
2 cups granulated sugar
1/2 cup evaporated milk
2 cups mini marshmallows
2 cups white chocolate chips
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

1. Prepare a square baking dish by lining it with parchment paper for easy release.
2. In a medium saucepan, combine maple syrup, butter, granulated sugar, evaporated milk, and salt. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until the mixture comes to a boil.
3. Continue to cook for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
4. Remove from heat and stir in mini marshmallows, white chocolate chips, and vanilla extract until smooth and fully melted.
5. Fold in the chopped walnuts until evenly distributed.
6. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
7. Allow the fudge to cool at room temperature for about 2 hours or until set.
8. Once set, cut the fudge into squares and serve.

Storage

Store the fudge in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks.

Reheating
