Ingredients
1 (8-pound) pre-cooked spiral-cut ham
1 cup honey
1/2 cup pure maple syrup
1/2 cup dark brown sugar
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup water
Instructions
1. In a medium bowl, whisk together honey, maple syrup, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, cinnamon, cloves, ginger, apple cider vinegar, and water until well combined.
2. Place the ham in a large crockpot, flat side down.
3. Pour the honey maple glaze over the ham, ensuring it is well coated.
4. Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 4-5 hours, basting the ham with the glaze every hour.
5. Once cooked, remove the ham from the crockpot and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
6. Serve the ham slices with the remaining glaze drizzled over the top.
Storage
Store leftover ham in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
Reheating
Reheat slices in the microwave covered with a damp paper towel for 1-2 minutes or in a 350°F oven covered with foil for 10-15 minutes.
