Heritage Baked Flounder

Ingredients

4 flounder fillets
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish with a little butter.
2. In a small bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and dried parsley.
3. Place the flounder fillets in the prepared baking dish. Drizzle with melted butter and lemon juice.
4. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the flounder fillets. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork and the topping is golden brown.
6. Serve hot with lemon wedges on the side.
