Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded

1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup slivered almonds, toasted

Instructions

1. In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, celery, red bell pepper, and red onion.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper to create the dressing.
