Ingredients

2 lbs beef chuck roast

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 cup beef broth

3 potatoes, diced

3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp rosemary
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Rub the beef roast with salt, pepper, and olive oil.
