Cinnamon Apple Crunch

Ingredients

4 medium Granny Smith apples, peeled and sliced
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Pinch of salt

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
2. In a bowl, mix flour, brown sugar, oats, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
3. Add melted butter to the mixture and mix until crumbly.
4. Layer sliced apples in the baking dish evenly.
5. Sprinkle the crumble mixture over the apples.
6. Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden and apples are tender.
7. Let it cool slightly before serving.

Storage

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Reheating

Reheat in a preheated oven at 300°F (150°C) for 10 minutes or until warmed through.
