Ingredients
1 1/2 cups chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
Instructions
1. Prepare the crust by combining crushed chocolate sandwich cookies with melted butter, pressing the mixture into a 9-inch pie pan. Chill in the refrigerator.
2. In a large bowl, beat together the creamy peanut butter, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and softened cream cheese until smooth.
3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form, then gently fold into the peanut butter mixture.
4. Pour the peanut butter filling into the prepared crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
5. Drizzle melted chocolate over the top of the pie, using a skewer to create a swirl pattern.
