Brie and Apple Crostini

Delicious and elegant Brie and Apple Crostini featuring creamy brie, crisp apples, and a sweet drizzle of honey, perfect for parties or a sophisticated snack.

Ingredients

1 baguette sliced into 1/2-inch slices
8 oz brie cheese
2 medium honeycrisp apples thinly sliced
3 tbsp honey
1 tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
3. Toast in the oven for 8-10 minutes or until lightly golden.
4. Meanwhile, thinly slice the brie cheese and apples.
5. Once the baguette slices are toasted, lay a slice of brie cheese on each crostini.
6. Top with a few slices of apple.
7. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
8. Serve immediately while the brie is slightly melted.

Storage

Store leftover crostini in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.

Reheating

Reheat crostini in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 5 minutes to refresh.
