Ingredients
1 cup cooked quinoa
2 cups Greek yogurt
1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
2 tablespoons honey
Instructions
1. Cook quinoa according to package instructions and let it cool completely.
2. In a glass or bowl, layer 1/4 cup of cooked quinoa as the base.
3. Add 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt on top of the quinoa.
4. Sprinkle a layer of mixed berries over the yogurt.
5. Repeat layers until the glass or bowl is filled, ending with berries on top.
6. Drizzle honey over the top layer of berries.
7. Serve immediately, or refrigerate for up to 24 hours.
