Ingredients
1 pizza dough (12-inch)
1/2 cup pizza sauce
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 ripe avocado, sliced
1/4 cup sliced jalapenos
2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 lime, juiced
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) and place a pizza stone or baking sheet inside to heat.
2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to a 12-inch circle.
3. Carefully transfer the dough to a piece of parchment paper.
4. Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border for the crust.
5. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
6. Drizzle olive oil over the top and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
7. Transfer the pizza with the parchment paper onto the hot pizza stone or baking sheet.
8. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling.
9. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly.
10. Top with sliced avocado, jalapenos, and chopped cilantro.
11. Squeeze fresh lime juice over the top before serving.
