Ingredients
2 medium zucchinis (spiralized)
1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
1/2 cup feta cheese (crumbled)

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

1 clove garlic (minced)
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
1 tablespoon fresh basil leaves (chopped)
Instructions
1. Spiralize the zucchinis and place the noodles in a large bowl.
2. Add the halved cherry tomatoes and crumbled feta cheese to the bowl.
3. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, salt, and pepper to create the vinaigrette.
