Ingredients
2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
1 ripe mango, diced
1 avocado, diced
1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1/4 cup toasted almonds, sliced
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon honey
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, diced mango, avocado, red onion, and cilantro.
