Ingredients

4 lbs pork ribs
2 cups barbecue sauce
1 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Pat the ribs dry and season with salt and pepper.
2. In a bowl, mix barbecue sauce, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
3. Place ribs in the slow cooker and pour the sauce over the top, ensuring all ribs are coated.
4. Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or until ribs are tender.
5. Remove ribs from the slow cooker and place them on a baking sheet.
6. Preheat the broiler and broil ribs for 3-5 minutes, basting with additional sauce until caramelized.
