Ingredients
1 lb Brussels sprouts
2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup fresh orange juice
2 tbsp soy sauce (gluten-free)
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp orange zest
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1/4 cup chopped almonds
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.
2. Trim and halve the Brussels sprouts, then toss them in olive oil, salt, and pepper.
3. Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
4. In a small saucepan, combine orange juice, soy sauce, honey, orange zest, and red pepper flakes. Heat over medium, stirring until slightly thickened.
5. Remove the Brussels sprouts from the oven, drizzle with the orange glaze, and sprinkle with chopped almonds.
6. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
