Zesty Lime Mahi Mahi Delight

Ingredients

1 lb mahi mahi fillets
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
1 lime, sliced

Instructions

1. In a small bowl, combine lime juice, garlic, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
2. Place mahi mahi fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are well coated.
3. Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
4. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
5. Grill the marinated fillets for 4-5 minutes on each side, until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
