2 lbs chicken breast

4 cups mixed greens
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup cucumber, diced
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
1 avocado, sliced

Instructions

1. In a bowl, whisk together lime juice, olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, cumin, and smoked paprika to create the marinade.
2. Place chicken breasts in a resealable bag and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are well coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
