Ingredients
2 lbs chicken wings
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp lemon zest
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, combine chicken wings, olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, lemon zest, lemon juice, and cayenne pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
3. Arrange the wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.

Storage
