Ingredients

2 lbs shrimp, deveined
4 ears of corn, cut into thirds
1.5 lbs baby red potatoes, halved
1/2 lb smoked sausage, sliced
2 lemons, quartered
1 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
3 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
4 quarts water

Instructions

1. Fill a large pot with 4 quarts of water, add Old Bay seasoning, and bring to a boil.
2. Add the potatoes and cook for 10 minutes.
3. Add the corn and sausage, and continue boiling for another 5 minutes.
4. Add shrimp and lemon quarters to the pot and cook until shrimp are pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
5. Melt butter in a small pan, add minced garlic, and cook for 1 minute.
6. Drain the pot and transfer the contents to a large serving platter.
7. Pour melted garlic butter over the top, and sprinkle with fresh parsley and thyme.
8. Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.

Storage

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.

Reheating

To reheat, place in a skillet over medium heat and cook until warmed through, or microwave on medium power for 2-3 minutes.
