Zesty Lemon Herb Shredded Chicken

Ingredients
2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 cup chicken broth
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a small bowl, mix lemon juice, olive oil, rosemary, thyme, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the lemon herb mixture over them, ensuring they are well-coated.
4. Add chicken broth to the baking dish.
5. Cover with foil and bake for 25-30 minutes until chicken is cooked through and tender.
6. Remove from oven, shred with two forks, and mix with juices in the dish.
Storage
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
