Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 lemon, zested and juiced
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 tbsp butter

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, dried oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
3. Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss well to coat them evenly with the marinade.
4. Arrange the shrimp in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
5. Dot the shrimp with small pieces of butter for added richness.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes or until shrimp are pink and opaque.
7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
