Ingredients
Shrimp (peeled and deveined)

Garlic (minced)
3 cloves
Lemon zest
1 tsp
Lemon juice

Black pepper

Parsley (chopped)
2 tbsp
Instructions
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
3. Add shrimp to the skillet and season with salt and black pepper.
4. Cook shrimp for 2 minutes on each side, or until pink and opaque.
5. Stir in lemon zest and lemon juice.
6. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Storage
