Zesty Herb Macaroni Salad
A refreshing twist on the classic macaroni salad, Zesty Herb Macaroni Salad combines fresh herbs and a citrus dressing for a delightful summer side perfect for BBQs and picnics.

Ingredients
8 oz elbow macaroni
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup diced celery
1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1 tsp lemon zest
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Cook macaroni according to package instructions, drain, and rinse with cold water.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, and lemon zest.
3. Add cooked macaroni, celery, red bell pepper, parsley, dill, and green onions to the bowl.
4. Toss to combine and season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
Storage
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheating
Best served cold, do not reheat to maintain texture.
