Zesty Herb-Infused Meatloaf

Ingredients
1.5 lbs ground beef
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 egg
1/4 cup milk
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, onions, breadcrumbs, garlic, egg, milk, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, thyme, oregano, salt, and pepper.
3. Mix the ingredients gently until just combined.
4. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a lightly greased loaf pan.
5. Spread ketchup evenly over the top of the meatloaf.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 55 to 60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
7. Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Storage
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheating
Reheat slices in the microwave for 1-2 minutes or in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes.
