Ingredients
4 boneless pork chops, 1 inch thick
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
1. In a shallow dish, mix together flour, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, oregano, paprika, and cayenne pepper.
2. Dredge each pork chop in the flour mixture, shaking off excess.
3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
4. Add pork chops to the skillet, cooking for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through to an internal temperature of 145°F.
5. Remove from the skillet and let rest for 5 minutes before serving with lemon wedges.
Storage
Store leftover pork chops in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Reheat pork chops in a preheated oven at 350°F for 10-15 minutes or until heated through.
