Zesty Garlic-Parmesan Baked Chicken Wings

Ingredients
2 lbs chicken wings
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp lemon zest
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, baking powder, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until evenly coated.
3. Arrange the wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
4. Bake for 40-45 minutes, turning once halfway through, until the wings are golden brown and crispy.
5. In a small bowl, mix the grated Parmesan cheese, lemon zest, and chopped parsley.
6. Remove the wings from the oven and immediately toss them with the Parmesan mixture until well coated.
7. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauces.
Storage
Store leftover wings in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheating
To reheat, place the wings on a baking sheet in a preheated 350°F oven for 10-15 minutes or until heated through and crisp.
