Ingredients
6 hard-boiled eggs
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup dill pickle juice
1/2 cup chopped dill pickles
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
Paprika for garnish
Instructions
1. Peel the hard-boiled eggs and place them in a mixing bowl.
2. Mash the eggs with a fork until they reach a fine consistency.
3. Add mayonnaise, sour cream, and dill pickle juice to the mashed eggs and mix well.
4. Stir in chopped dill pickles, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
5. Mix until the ingredients are well combined.
6. Fold in the chopped fresh dill gently.
7. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and garnish with a sprinkle of paprika.
