Zesty Citrus Herb Vinaigrette

Ingredients
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon fresh orange juice
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Instructions
1. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, orange juice, apple cider vinegar, honey, and Dijon mustard until well combined.
2. Add the minced garlic, chopped parsley, and chopped basil to the mixture and whisk again.
3. Season with salt and pepper to taste and whisk until the dressing is smooth and emulsified.
4. Use immediately or transfer to a jar with a tight-fitting lid and refrigerate.
Storage
Store the vinaigrette in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
Reheating
Allow the vinaigrette to come to room temperature and shake well before serving.
