Zesty Citrus Flank Steak

Ingredients

1.5 lbs flank steak
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
2 tbsp lime juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions

1. In a medium bowl, combine olive oil, orange juice, lime juice, garlic, soy sauce, cumin, paprika, black pepper, and salt.
2. Place the flank steak in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over the steak.
3. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for maximum flavor.
4. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
5. Remove steak from marinade and pat dry with paper towels.
6. Grill the steak for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.
7. Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing thinly against the grain.
8. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve.

Storage

Store leftover steak in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Reheating

Reheat in a skillet over medium heat until warmed through, or microwave in 30-second intervals until hot.
