Zesty Citrus Baked Chicken Drumsticks

Ingredients

12 chicken drumsticks
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, orange juice, lemon juice, lime juice, honey, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, ground cumin, salt, and black pepper.
3. Place chicken drumsticks in a large ziplock bag or a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag or cover the dish, and marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
4. Arrange drumsticks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
5. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Storage

Store any leftover chicken in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Reheating

Reheat in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 15 minutes or until heated through.
