Zesty BBQ Broiled Lobster Tails

Ingredients
4 lobster tails
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
1. Preheat your broiler to high heat.
2. In a small bowl, mix smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper to create the BBQ rub.
3. Using kitchen shears, cut the top of the lobster shells lengthwise to expose the meat.
4. Gently lift the lobster meat, keeping the end attached to the shell, and place it on top of the shell.
5. Brush lobster meat with olive oil and sprinkle evenly with the BBQ rub.
6. Place lobster tails on a baking sheet and broil for about 8-10 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.
7. Remove from oven and drizzle with fresh lemon juice and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Storage
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
Reheating
To reheat, place lobster tails on a baking sheet and broil for about 2-3 minutes, or until heated through.
