Yogurt Parfaits

Ingredients

2 cups plain Greek yogurt
1 cup granola
1 cup fresh mixed berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries)
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

1. In a medium-sized bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with honey and vanilla extract until well combined.
2. In serving glasses, add a spoonful of the yogurt mixture as the base layer.
3. Add a layer of granola on top of the yogurt.
4. Add a layer of fresh berries over the granola.
5. Repeat the layers until the glasses are full, finishing with a layer of berries on top.
6. Serve immediately for a crunchy texture, or let it sit for a few minutes for the granola to soften slightly.

Storage

Store any leftover parfait in the refrigerator for up to 2 days, covered with plastic wrap to maintain freshness.
