Ingredients
2 cans (5 oz each) of tuna in water, drained
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 cup finely chopped celery
1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
2 tablespoons capers, drained and rinsed
1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
4 cups mixed greens (arugula, spinach, and kale)
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, combine the drained tuna, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and olive oil. Mix until smoothly blended.
2. Stir in the lemon zest and lemon juice, ensuring they are well incorporated.

Storage
