Whimsical Chocolate Almond Fudge

Ingredients
3 cups granulated sugar
3/4 cup salted butter
2/3 cup evaporated milk
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup marshmallow creme
1/2 cup chopped almonds
1 tsp almond extract
1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Prepare a 9x9 inch pan by lining it with aluminum foil.
2. In a medium saucepan, combine granulated sugar, salted butter, and evaporated milk. Stir continuously over medium heat until the mixture comes to a boil.
3. Continue to boil, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes.
4. Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in semisweet chocolate chips, marshmallow creme, chopped almonds, almond extract, and vanilla extract until well combined and smooth.
5. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
6. Let cool at room temperature for about 2 hours or until firm.
7. Cut into squares and serve.
Storage
Store the fudge in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week or refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
Reheating
Allow the fudge to come to room temperature before serving for best texture.
