Ingredients
2 cups
almond milk
1 tsp
ground turmeric
1/2 tsp
ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp
ground ginger
1 tbsp
honey or maple syrup
1/2 tsp
vanilla extract
Pinch
black pepper
Optional: 1 tbsp
coconut oil
Instructions
1. In a small saucepan, combine almond milk, turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and black pepper.
2. Whisk together over medium heat until the mixture is hot but not boiling.
3. If using, add coconut oil and continue whisking until frothy.
4. Pour into mugs and serve warm.
Storage
Store any leftover latte in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheating
Reheat in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly until warm. Do not boil.
