Turkey and Spinach Wrap

Ingredients

1 whole-wheat wrap
4 oz sliced turkey
1 cup fresh spinach
2 tbsp hummus
1/2 cup shredded carrots

Instructions

1. Lay the whole-wheat wrap on a clean surface.
2. Spread the hummus evenly over the entire surface of the wrap.
3. Layer the sliced turkey on top of the hummus.
4. Add the fresh spinach leaves over the turkey slices.
5. Sprinkle the shredded carrots on top of the spinach.
6. Roll the wrap tightly, tucking in the sides as you go.
7. Slice in half and serve immediately.

Storage

Wrap tightly in plastic wrap or foil and refrigerate for up to 2 days.

Reheating

Enjoy cold or let it sit at room temperature for 15 minutes before eating.
