Tropical Strawberry Jello Pie

Ingredients

1 premade graham cracker crust
1 package (3 oz) strawberry jello
1 cup boiling water
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup coconut milk
2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
1/2 cup mandarin orange segments, drained
1 cup whipped topping

Instructions

1. Dissolve the strawberry jello in boiling water in a large bowl.
2. Stir in pineapple juice and coconut milk until well combined.
3. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes until it begins to set slightly
4. Fold in the sliced strawberries and mandarin segments gently.
5. Pour the mixture into the premade graham cracker crust, smoothing the top.
6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until fully set.
7. Before serving, spread whipped topping over the set jello pie.

Storage

Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, covered with plastic wrap.

Reheating

Not recommended to reheat. Serve chilled.
