Ingredients
4 cups fresh raspberries
2 cups granulated sugar
1/2 cup mango juice
1/4 cup passion fruit pulp
1 tbsp lime juice
1 packet (1.75 oz) fruit pectin
Instructions
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine raspberries, mango juice, passion fruit pulp, and lime juice. Mash the mixture until well blended.
2. Gradually stir in sugar, ensuring it is completely dissolved.
3. Let the mixture sit for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. In a saucepan, prepare pectin according to the package instructions.
5. Stir the prepared pectin into the fruit mixture, mixing thoroughly.
6. Pour the jam into clean, freezer-safe containers, leaving some space at the top to allow for expansion.
7. Seal the containers and let them sit at room temperature for 24 hours to set.
8. After setting, transfer the containers to the freezer for long-term storage.
Storage
Store in airtight containers in the freezer for up to 12 months. In the refrigerator, it will keep for 3-4 weeks.
Reheating
Remove the desired amount from the freezer and let it thaw in the refrigerator or at room temperature before using.
