Ingredients
2 ripe mangoes, diced
1 avocado, diced
1/2 cup pineapple, finely chopped
1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup red bell pepper, finely chopped
1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
Juice of 2 limes
1 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
1 tbsp fresh mint, chopped
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
1. Prepare all the fresh ingredients by dicing and chopping as instructed.
2. In a large bowl, combine diced mangoes, avocado, pineapple, red onion, and red bell pepper.
3. Add the minced jalapeño to the bowl for a spicy kick.
