Ingredients

2 cups diced pineapple
1 cup sliced kiwi
1 cup chopped mango
1 cup segmented oranges
1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
1 tablespoon lime juice
2 tablespoons honey (optional)
1/4 cup shredded coconut
1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger

Instructions

1. In a large bowl, combine the diced pineapple, sliced kiwi, chopped mango, segmented oranges, and pomegranate seeds.
2. Pour the lime juice over the fruit mixture and toss gently to combine.
3. If desired, drizzle with honey for added sweetness and toss again.
