A refreshing twist on the classic fruit ambrosia, this Tropical Citrus Ambrosia combines zesty citrus fruits with a creamy coconut base for a vibrant and delightful dessert.

Ingredients
2 cups of diced pineapple
1 cup of sliced oranges
1 cup of diced mango
1 cup of shredded coconut
1/2 cup of maraschino cherries
1 cup of miniature marshmallows
1 cup of whipped cream
1 tablespoon of lime juice
1 tablespoon of honey
Instructions
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced pineapple, sliced oranges, and diced mango.
2. Add the shredded coconut and gently mix to incorporate the tropical flavors.
3. Stir in the maraschino cherries and miniature marshmallows for added sweetness and texture.
4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the whipped cream, lime juice, and honey until smooth.
5. Gently fold the whipped cream mixture into the fruit until well coated.
6. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
