Tropical Caprese Salad

A refreshing twist on the classic Italian Caprese Salad featuring tangy tropical fruits, perfect for summer gatherings and health-conscious foodies.

Ingredients

2 ripe mangoes, peeled and sliced
1 ripe avocado, sliced
8 oz fresh mozzarella, sliced
1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp balsamic glaze
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

1. Arrange mango slices and avocado slices alternately on a large platter.
2. Interleave slices of fresh mozzarella between the mango and avocado.
3. Tuck fresh basil leaves around the slices for garnish.
4. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and balsamic glaze evenly over the salad.
5. Sprinkle with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.

Storage

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
