Ingredients

1 lb ground pork sausage
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 cups all-purpose flour

1 tsp baking powder

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground pork sausage, shredded cheddar cheese, and melted butter.
3. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and black pepper.
4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the sausage mixture, mixing until thoroughly combined.
5. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
