Ingredients
1 lb ground pork
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp dried sage
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp dried rosemary
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1 tbsp brown sugar
Instructions
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground pork, salt, black pepper, sage, thyme, rosemary, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and brown sugar.
2. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
3. Form the mixture into small patties about 2-3 inches in diameter.
4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the sausage patties for 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.
5. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
Storage
Store cooked sausage patties in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheating
Reheat sausage patties in a skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side or until warmed through.
