1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

1. In a medium saucepan, combine honey, Dijon mustard, and brown sugar.
2. Stir in apple cider vinegar, ground cinnamon, cloves, ginger, salt, and black pepper.
3. Place the saucepan over medium heat and stir until the sugar is dissolved and the mixture is smooth.
4. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. Remove from heat and let cool slightly before using as a glaze for your ham.

Storage

Store any unused glaze in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
