Traditional Homestyle Gravy

Ingredients
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 cups beef broth
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
1. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
2. Add flour, and whisk constantly until the mixture turns golden brown, about 5 minutes.
3. Gradually add beef broth while whisking to prevent lumps.
4. Stir in salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, and garlic powder.
5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thickened.
Storage
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheating
Reheat gently on the stove over low heat, stirring occasionally, until warmed through.
