Traditional Greek Salad

Ingredients
2 cups Romaine lettuce, chopped
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup cucumber, sliced
1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
3/4 cup Kalamata olives, pitted
1 cup feta cheese, cubed
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tsp dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, combine the Romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and Kalamata olives.
2. Add the cubed feta cheese to the salad mixture.
3. In a small bowl, whisk together the extra virgin olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
4. Pour the dressing over the salad and gently toss to coat all ingredients evenly.
5. Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes for enhanced flavor.
Storage
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. For best results, keep the dressing separate until ready to serve.
Reheating
